Laurel Coolbaugh
In her mid 40’s, Laurel was called into seminary for training for pastoral ministry. She earned a M.Div as well as a certified spiritual director. A member of ESDN (Evangelical Spiritual Directors Network), Laurel offers individual spiritual direction to several directees throughout New England, and has experience leading group spiritual direction and retreats. Laurel is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Ministry program where she is developing a project on Contemplative Gaze, combining the arts with Lectio Divina to help people lean in and listen to God’s voice drawing them into deeper intimacy with the Community of the Triune God. She currently pastors Woodville Baptist Church and leads a new Christian spiritual formation and Retreat center called The Sanctuary at Woodville.
