Missio Alliance is excited to launch a second 6-month cohort September 2025 to come alongside, equip and encourage women in the church and ministry.  Tapping into our network of authors and leaders, we hope to provide resources to equip women in the church.  Together alongside a small group of other women in similar spaces, we hope to bring community, encouragement  and support. Missio desires to see women flourishing in their area of ministry and is excited to continue this cohort experience. 

Who is this cohort for?

This cohort is for any woman who is involved and leading in full-time/part-time work or ministry in the church or a non-profit organization.  It is specifically geared towards women who find themselves alone in ministry and could use a supportive community of fellow ministry leaders.  It is also geared towards women who desire to learn more with their peers about their calling and voice, leadership, and formation. This cohort is open for 10-12 women.

Main Objectives

• Equipping: Missio Alliance will bring in gifted experts and facilitators to speak about helpful topics.  Attendees will be able to learn from practitioners in the field.
• Encouragement: By meeting with the same cohort of women, a community of trust will be formed in order to encourage one another in their unique areas of ministry.
• Community: This smaller cohort will provide a space to listen, give and accept feedback, but will also continue beyond six months and provide a space to check-in and encourage one another.
• Peer Mentorship: Attendees will walk alongside others who are each in their unique context which will provide learning and expanding views to their own space in their community.

Cost

This cohort will cost $99 with the requirement that all meetings and retreats must be attended*.  

*Attendees will also need to cover the cost of travel to the retreat.
