Lisa Rodriguez-Watson desires to see all people reconciled to God and to each other. Investing in this passionate call for more than two decades has led Lisa to urban church planting, international missions and community development, immigration advocacy, collegiate ministry, and seminary teaching. She now serves as the national director of Missio Alliance, a generative, expansive, and intercultural network of Christian leaders committed to cultivating a holistic theology and practice while tackling some of the most pressing issues facing the church. In addition to her work with Missio Alliance, Lisa serves as associate pastor of discipleship and equipping at Christ City Church. A proud Cuban-American, Lisa writes, speaks and leads at the intersection of formation, justice and mission. She is a contributing author to Voices of Lament: Reflections on Brokenness and Hope in a World Longing for Justice, Red Skies: 10 Essential Conversations Exploring Our Future as the Church, and The Least of These: Practicing a Faith without Margins. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and three kids.

Emma Cotterill lives in Helsingborg, Sweden. She is a human rights lawyer and has spent the last 13 years developing initiatives to combat human trafficking in the United Kingdom and Sweden. Together with her husband Mark she’s planted two missional communities, and has co-founded the Venture12 network and podcast.She now works as the Team Leader for the Leaders Collective, one of three pillars of the Movement Leaders Collective and is particularly passionate about the release of the female apostolic voice into the heart of the Church and seeing kingdom impact in and through marginalised communities and societies.

Michelle Ferrigno Warren has worked in Christian community development for three decades utilizing her skills as an educator, worship leader, non-profit manager, public policy specialist & faith-rooted activist. She is the President of Virago Strategies and the author of The Power of Proximity, Moving Beyond Awareness to Action and Join the Resistance, Step into the Good Work of Kingdom Justice.

Jared Patrick Boyd is a pastor, spiritual director, and founder of the Order of the Common Life, a missional monastic order for the 21st Century. He pastored The Abbey, a contemplative Vineyard church in the city of Columbus. Jared is author of Imaginative Prayer: A Yearlong Guide to Your Child’s Spiritual Formation (IVP 2017) and Finding Freedom in Constraint (IVP 2023). He and his wife have 4 girls and live in the west-side neighborhood of Franklinton in Columbus, OH.

Eun Strawser is the co-vocational lead pastor of Ma Ke Alo o (which means “Presence” in Hawaiian), with missional communities multiplying in Honolulu, HI and a community physician. She is also the author of Centering Discipleship: A Pathway for Multiplying Spectators into Mature Disciples (IVP 2023). Prior to transitioning to Hawaii, she served as adjunct professor of medicine at the Philadelphia College of Medicine and of African Studies at the University of Pennsylvania after finishing her Fulbright Scholarship at the University of Dar es Salaam. She and Steve have three, seriously, amazing children.
