Ericka Henry
Ericka is a pastor, church planter, and missional practitioner with nearly fifteen years of ministry leadership experience. After co-planting her first church at nineteen, she has gone on to lead discipleship development and organizational change in contexts spanning micro-church communities to mega-church teams. She lives in Allentown, PA with her husband, son, and beloved Saint Bernard where she does grassroots, Jesus-centered community building in the Holy District Network.Her asset-based spiritual development (ABSD) paradigm translates research-backed economic and psychological development paradigms into personal and organizational spheres.
