Jacob Hoyer
Jacob Hoyer is a multi-vocational pastor and church planter. He serves as the Resource Director for Forge America and works with churches to clarify their God-given vision through his company Clarity Navigator. Jacob lives in Florida with his wife and two kids, where they are continually renovating a 100-year old farm house while looking after two horses and a dog. He received his theological education from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis.
