Lesa Engelthaler
esa is a Senior Associate at Victory Search Group, with eight years assisting nonprofit organizations in identifying and recruiting senior leaders. She researches, develops and implements search strategies to secure candidates for positions ranging from education leaders to chief executives and functional heads of fund development, finance and marketing.
Personally, Lesa is a journalist for a variety of publications, including The Dallas Morning News, D Magazine, and Christianity Today. As a volunteer she has mentored students at Southern Methodist University and leads an annual women’s trip to Nicaragua to partner with the House of Hope helping women and girls leave sex trafficking. She serves on the Board of Missio Alliance, the Advisory Board for New Friends New Life, and the Grants Review Committee for the Dallas Women’s Foundation.
A native Texan and current resident of Dallas, Lesa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Columbia International University.
