What does it really look like for men to show up as allies in ministry? For women and men to thrive equally in ministry, the church needs male allies who are committed to supporting women in their callings.

This May and June, we’re hosting a three-week book club with Rob Dixon centered on his upcoming book, Allies in Ministry, a space for honest conversation, learning, and practical growth.

This gathering is for:

• Men who want to be allies but aren’t sure where to begin or what it looks like in practice
• Women who want clarity on what to look for—and hope for—in male allies
• Women and men who care deeply about cultivating healthy, collaborative ministry cultures

Together, we’ll explore what it means to move beyond good intentions into meaningful partnership. Expect thoughtful discussion, real-life examples, and practical next steps you can carry into your context.

Whether you’re just starting to think about this or have been engaged in this work for years, this book club is an invitation to grow together.
