Tod Bolsinger is the author of Tempered Resilience: How Leaders are Formed in the Crucible of Change. A senior fellow at the De Pree Center for Leadership, the executive director of the Church Leadership Initiative, and an associate professor of leadership formation at Fuller Seminary, Tod served for seven years as a vice-president at Fuller and was the founder of the Fuller Leadership Platform.
