His forthcoming (IVP 2019) book titled, "Becoming a Just Church: Cultivating Communities of God’s Shalom," is an exploration of ecclesiology and the pursuit of justice in and through the local church. He is married to Ann and they are raising 3 kids together in Chicago, IL.
