Bill Walker
Bill is the Assistant Director of Spiritual Formation at Truett Theological Seminary, and an adjunct professor in the Honors College at Baylor University. He also teaches courses online in Christian spirituality for William Jessup University's MA program in Christian Leadership. Previously, Bill was the associate pastor of St. Peter's Church in Charleston, SC. Bill received his PhD in philosophy of religion from Claremont Graduate University with a focus in modern theology and social ethics. His first book will be published in 2018 with Fortress Press, which is a political theology of the drug war. Bill is passionate about discipleship and theological education in a post-Christendom context. He and his wife Whitney are from Austin, TX, but now call Waco home. They have a one-year-old son named Liam.
